When do students start working on real clients?
Students begin with hands-on practice on mannequins, then classmates, and eventually scheduled models. Once foundational skills are mastered, students begin providing services to the public under educator supervision. Typically this occurs about 4-6 weeks after your start date, dependent on the program.

    Will I get hands-on experience?
Yes, hands-on training is a core part of our program. Students rotate between theory and practical application throughout their education.

Are students supervised while working on clients?
Absolutely. All services are performed under the direct supervision of licensed educators.

  • What is the schedule like?
Schedules vary by program and phase (New Talent vs. clinic floor). We offer structured schedules designed to prepare students for real-world salon and spa expectations.

Can I work while attending school?
Many students work part-time. We encourage students to carefully consider their schedule to ensure academic success.

What happens if I miss class?
Attendance is critical in a skills-based program. Assignment make-up policies and hour requirements follow state board and regulatory agency guidelines.
